The company was incorporated by Ehis Okoror and Barr. Olubunmi Okoror, both seasoned professionals with over 30 years of combined experience in real estate. The founders recognized the barriers many individuals face in achieving homeownership and set out to create a platform that facilitates collective investment in properties.
OneTribe Homes & Properties Ltd is a real estate development company dedicated to making property ownership accessible and profitable for everyone.
We bridge the gap in making home ownership a reality because we understand that most people do not have the financial capacity to finance 100% ownership. Our platform allows individuals or connected persons to own proportions of a project based on their financial capacity, allowing them to earn returns of 8% and 12% year-on-year appreciation on their investment property.
