Executive Chairman/Managing Director
Ehis Okoror is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in estate management and property acquisition. As the Executive Chairman of OneTribe Homes & Properties Ltd, he plays a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and overall company direction. With a background as a chartered accountant and a certified fraud examiner, Ehis brings a wealth of expertise in financial management and compliance. His leadership is instrumental in driving the company’s vision of making homeownership accessible to all.
Barr. Olubunmi Okoror
Executive Director Sales & Strategy
Barr. Olubunmi Okoror serves as the Executive Director Sales & Strategy, leveraging over 17 years of experience in estate development and legal affairs. She is also the Principal Partner at Olubunmi Okoror & Associates, a law firm specializing in real estate. Her dual expertise in law and property management ensures that OneTribe Homes operates within legal frameworks while maximizing value for investors. Barr. Olubunmi is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment that empowers team members and clients alike
Executive Director, Construction & Projects
Akpos Ohwofaraye is a dedicated construction professional with a strong background in construction management and transportation engineering. Currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Construction Management at Conestoga College, he has previously earned a Master of Engineering in Highway and Transportation and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
As the Executive Director, Construction and Projects at OneTribe Homes & Properties Ltd. Akpos brings his extensive experience as a Project Coordinator at Romefe Global Services and as a Project Manager at Voltson Engineering and Consultancy. He excels in managing residential construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. His ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams has been pivotal in successfully executing complex projects, such as the Dangote Refinery and the Escravos Gas to Liquid Project.
Akpos is dedicated to implementing innovative construction solutions while maintaining strict compliance with environmental regulations. His focus on sustainability ensures that clients’ investments continue to generate rental income for generations to come.
Group Head Performance Management & Controls
Anthony O. Folami is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. As the Group Head of Performance Management & Controls at OneTribe Homes & Properties Ltd, he plays a crucial role in driving strategic performance initiatives and ensuring robust internal controls across the organization.
With a diverse background encompassing marketing, relationship management, audit, and risk management, Folami brings a comprehensive understanding of financial operations. He holds a BSc in Applied Accounting and an MBA in Financial Management, alongside his designation as an ACCA Fellow. His expertise in data analysis and digital solutions enables him to develop effective performance monitoring dashboards and streamline reporting processes.
